All wallet deposits, betting transactions, and game participation fees made through Mahadev Book are considered final and non-refundable. Once a user places a bet or deposits funds, no reversal or refund will be provided under normal circumstances.
In rare cases where a deposit is made by mistake (duplicate payments, incorrect amount, or failed transaction confirmation), users must report the issue to our support team within 24 hours. Refunds will only be issued after manual verification and bank/payment gateway reconciliation.
If a technical glitch results in a failed betting session, incorrect odds, or platform crash during gameplay, users may contact customer support with screenshots and session details. Any refund or credit adjustment will be evaluated case-by-case by our internal operations team.
Bonus amounts, promotional cashbacks, or referral earnings are not eligible for refunds. These are virtual rewards and may be removed if misused or earned fraudulently. Refunds are not provided for bonuses used in bets or games.
If your Mahadev Book account is suspended due to policy violations, fraud detection, or abusive behavior, you are not eligible for any refund of remaining wallet balance or pending bonuses. Funds may be frozen until investigation is complete.
In case of a failed payment or delay caused by third-party UPI/banking partners, Mahadev Book will assist in coordination but does not guarantee refund speed. Please allow 5–7 business days for failed transaction reversals via bank or wallet.
Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp Support within 24 hours of the transaction. You must provide transaction ID, registered mobile number, amount, and reason. We may ask for additional proof for processing.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 business days from confirmation. Refunds will be made to the original payment source only—no cash refunds or transfers to third-party accounts are permitted.
If a user voluntarily deletes or deactivates their Mahadev Book account, any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded unless an approved manual closure is processed through support with prior verification.
Mahadev Book reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued platform use implies acceptance of the updated terms.
